This is where you can manage everything to do with your booking.

If you want to change or cancel your booking for the Teide By Night tour

Bookings for the ‘Teide By Night’ tour can be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the activity takes place. After this time, the full amount of the tour will be charged.

The tour is subject to weather conditions and visibility. If weather conditions prevent the tour from taking place, we will notify you well in advance, and you can choose to reschedule or request a refund.

Date changes are valid for 1 year if the reservation has not been redeemed. You can make up to 3 changes.
